The Front Office Team Lead role is a hands-on position that involves supporting and supervising the day-to-day operations of the Front Office, Reservations, and Night Audit teams.
This leader will oversee the team to ensure friendly and efficient service, contributing to a pleasant stay for Resort guests.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead daily duties of Front Office and Reservations team members, offering support where necessary.
- Effective management of guest arrivals and departures, ensuring room allocations and check in/check out processes follow established procedures and are customer focused.
- Daily liaison with the Reservations office to guarantee accuracy in room allocation and maximize yield.
- Provide ongoing support to all areas of the Resort, assisting and guiding during peak times to prevent potential issues.
- Assist Front Office Management to operate a highly proficient and productive department, handling guest complaints professionally and effectively, and ensuring the team delivers exceptional customer service at all times.
