Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate mechanical and electrical work activities.
  • Procure materials and create work packs.
  • Manage maintenance documentation on Computerised Maintenance Management System.
  • Coordinate contractors including obtaining quotes and documentation.
  • Assist maintenance technicians in field works.
  • Support various sites in the region, with occasional travel to sites throughout NT.
  • Perform general administration and ad hoc duties as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  • A strong team player with a self-starter attitude.
  • Previous labouring or trade (mechanical) experience.
  • Experience with SAP-based Computerised Maintenance Management Systems.
  • Experience preparing permit to work documentation and risk assessments.
  • A safety-first approach to all work.
  • Current Defence Security Clearance or ability to obtain.
  • Savvy IT/computer literacy and skills.
