Clinical Performance Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Performance Manager to lead the development and implementation of clinical performance metrics.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the clinical data lifecycle, including data governance, analysis, identification of emerging risks, and reporting.

You will partner with business units to provide leadership, expert advice, and support to improve clinical outcomes for consumers.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement clinical performance metrics in collaboration with business units
  • Analyze clinical data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and best practices
  • Manage the clinical data lifecycle, including data governance
  • Research literature on benchmarking within published best practice
  • Partner with business units to ensure robust clinical governance structures and processes
  • Prepare comprehensive clinical reports and papers for Clinical Governance Committees
  • Lead and undertake clinical audits, reviews, and investigations across APAC
