Job Title: Learning Performance Analyst
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced learning performance analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the analysis of student data to inform teaching practices and improve student outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyzing student data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Developing and implementing strategies to address identified areas for improvement
- Collaborating with teachers and other staff members to implement new teaching practices and strategies
- Providing feedback and coaching to teachers on their instructional practices
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of new teaching practices and strategies
Requirements:
- Demonstrated expertise in data analysis and interpretation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members
- Proven track record of improving student outcomes through data-driven decision making
