The Opportunity

We're seeking a Senior Student Experience Manager to implement and deliver engagement and retention strategies for students within our partner institutions. Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with partner institutions across various intervention areas
- Designing and implementing effective coaching strategies for outbound calls
- Ensuring seamless communication across channels
- Analyzing and interpreting results data
- Presenting findings to key stakeholders, including partner institutions and academic teams

About You
- A minimum of 3-5 years' relevant professional experience
- In-depth understanding of the student experience and its contributing factors
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills to build alignment and foster collaboration across diverse teams
- Ability to distill complex information from multiple sources to drive successful initiative implementation
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data trends and campaign dashboard results
- Attention to detail to ensure initiatives become business as usual
