**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our student experience initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving exceptional customer service and support to students across our campuses.

This role involves leading and managing our student experience team, providing strategic direction and guidance on all aspects of student support. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and programs that meet the evolving needs of our students.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • **Student Experience**: Implement and deliver a comprehensive student experience strategy that spans the entire student lifecycle. Develop and manage effective relationships with students, staff, and external partners to drive engagement and satisfaction.
  • **Communication**: Develop and execute communication strategies that promote student self-service capabilities and provide timely information to students. Utilize technology to streamline communication channels and enhance student engagement.
  • **Progression**: Design and implement strategies to improve student retention and progression. Work closely with academic staff to resolve cases of plagiarism, complaints, and appeals.
  • **Events and Engagement**: Champion student non-academic engagement by designing and delivering experiences throughout the student lifecycle. Collaborate with Marketing and Events Manager to develop and deliver orientation and graduation events.
  • **Team Management**: Lead and manage the Student Experience team, including recruitment, performance management, and coaching. Provide mentoring and development opportunities to support team growth and success.
