About the Role

This is an exciting and varied position where you will be responsible for the design and execution of a range of events and experiences, aimed at broadening minds, strengthening skills, and opening doors for students.

  • Prepare monthly engagement reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Create engaging content for our events and activities on social media platforms.
  • Brainstorm new event ideas to enhance the student experience.
  • Evaluate incidents, manage escalation, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Lead and support student ambassadors, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
  • Update attendance records and contribute to strategic planning.
Requirements
  • Degree-qualified with at least two years' experience in customer service or event management.
  • Demonstrated empathy with students, along with knowledge of their challenges.
  • Leadership and supervisory experience, with strong communication skills.
  • Able to document information accurately, clearly, and in a timely manner.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional experiences.
