Strategic Partnership Manager

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in developing and executing strategic partnerships to drive business growth. Your primary responsibility will be to manage relationships with various stakeholders across the organization, actively participating in program deliverables, selection processes, and providing ongoing support to participants and supervisors.
You will work closely with senior leaders to design strategies for programs that meet workforce planning needs, including talent retention, project management, and representing the company externally. Additionally, you will promote the company's employment brand and engage with internal and external applicants in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing job ready programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Maintaining relationships with relevant industry bodies and organizations
- Developing and executing development programs to improve employee performance
Requirements:
- Relevant degree and/or certification in human resources, recruitment, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
- Ability to source funds and manage budgets effectively
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products, with experience in using them to create engaging content
- Proven track record in planning, organization, and time management, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
