Strategic Partnership Manager

This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and execute growth plans for a Financial Services Partnerships program. As a Strategic Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for managing key partners to increase customer redemptions and generate revenue. Your primary goal will be to drive targeted profit and loss outcomes through strategic collaboration and commercial innovation.

About the Role:
  • Manage existing partnerships: Establish, nurture, and grow key partnerships with major stakeholders to enhance offerings and expand customer base.
  • Negotiate and Execute Agreements: Manage negotiations and ensure mutually beneficial agreements with partners, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Act as liaison between organization and external partners, ensuring clear communication, effective collaboration, and successful execution of initiatives.
  • Drive Revenue Growth and Performance: Monitor partnership performance, analyze data, and implement strategies to optimize financial outcomes, including driving new business, increasing sales, and improving customer acquisition.
  • Market Insights and Strategy Development: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new partnership opportunities, trends, and areas for innovation.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in Financial Services and/or Relationship management role
  • Project management and cross-functional skills with ability to manage, prioritize, implement, and analyze various initiatives in fast-paced environment
  • High level of competence with MS suite - Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Demonstrated experience in creating, disseminating, and presenting key business insights and/or strategy initiatives clearly and concisely to various stakeholders, including senior management
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with aptitude for process and customer journey design based on data and customer insights
  • Strong financial acumen with ability to build and communicate financial business cases to support initiatives
  • Relentless customer-first mentality - viewing all content, communications, and strategies through customer lens is crucial
  • Ability to influence with authority and manage senior stakeholders to drive change and bring multiple partners and stakeholders to unified consensus
  • Demonstrated ability to self-start, carve opportunities out of ambiguity, and operate with high degree of independence in white space environment
