Rewards and Benefits Specialist Job Description
Job SummaryThis is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Rewards and Benefits Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of our annual remuneration review and incentive payments, including budget analysis, employee education, system configuration, and management briefings.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design and delivery of employee incentive programs; provide relevant financial, operational, and business performance analyses and insights for internal management reports.
- Grow our benefit programs; build visibility for our employees and manage relationships with external providers.
- Act as a trusted advisor to our People team and leaders on all associated reward and benefits matters, developing fit-for-purpose solutions based on business needs that drive the right business outcomes.
- Support the Global Reward Manager in designing, developing, and implementing new policies and initiatives, contributing to global reward projects that support our company's strategy and growth objectives.
- Deliver analyses of people data; identify key trends and contribute to creating people insights that enable diagnosing business issues, enhancing employee engagement, and improving business performance.
- Demonstrated inclusive and interpersonal attributes that align with our company values.
- Proven experience in rewards within a medium to large organization, including practical experience in leading reward project delivery, benchmarking, job evaluation, incentives, and benefits management.
- Knowledge of market trends and contemporary HR principles and philosophies.
- Advanced Excel skills and ability to manipulate and draw insights from multiple data sources.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence and partner with the business and senior management.
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or another related field (desired but not essential).
