The Performance and Reward Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of strategic outcomes within the Performance and Reward function.

This position focuses on achieving key milestones and driving efficiency in processes related to the delivery of key performance, remuneration, and benefits moments across an annual cycle.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving AI adoption and implementation throughout the reward lifecycle and technology uplift.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive AI adoption and implementation throughout the reward lifecycle
  • Implement automation strategies to streamline workflows and improve efficiency in People & Culture operations
  • Utilize Power BI for data visualization and reporting to provide actionable insights for the P&C team
  • Enhance the delivery of Performance & Reward systems by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective solutions
