In the role of Reward Analyst, you will be responsible for formulating and executing reward, benefits, and recognition strategies to attract, retain, and motivate top talent across a global network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to design, implement, and communicate competitive reward programs that support talent acquisition, retention, and motivation.
  • Take a leading role in bonus and salary review processes, serving as a primary point of contact for HR professionals and first-line managers.
  • Develop and implement forward-thinking reward and benefits strategies to differentiate your organization from competitors.
  • Analyze market trends, data, and benchmarking information to ensure that reward and recognition programs are aligned with industry standards.
