The Compensation Strategist oversees the design, implementation, and evaluation of rewards programs. This includes compensation structures, incentive plans, benefits, and pay structures that align with business objectives, market competitiveness, and regulatory compliance.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and evaluate global rewards programs.
  • Strategic oversight of benefits programs, including plan design recommendations, vendor relationships, and benchmarking.
  • Oversight of payroll practices to ensure alignment with compensation structures, incentive plans, and compliance requirements.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Compensation Strategist will also have a significant impact on employee engagement and retention through effective compensation planning and delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical skills, business acumen, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Specifically, we are looking for someone with:

  • Post-secondary certificate/diploma and 4-6 years of related experience;
  • Advanced analytical and Excel skills.
