The Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Reward Framework team. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with senior leaders to design and implement impactful reward offerings that align with our corporate strategy. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping our employee value proposition and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the GM, Performance and Reward in designing, implementing, and embedding our Reward framework.
  • Manage key remuneration processes, including annual remuneration reviews, survey submissions, and market benchmarking exercises.
  • Oversight and governance of our grading framework, including job evaluations.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior executives.
  • Monitor peer remuneration arrangements and market benchmarking, providing advice and guidance through data analysis, modeling, and interpretation.
  • Review and execute short-term incentive programs.
  • Lead reward-related projects and change management, including business collaboration and communication strategies.
  • Evaluate and innovate reward structures, processes, and practices.
  • Develop solutions to improve the governance and efficiency of remuneration activities and reduce associated risks.
  • Implement and maintain compensation and job architecture within Workday.
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of new reward structures to attract talent.
About You

We seek an individual with extensive experience in Remuneration and Benefits roles. Strong knowledge of remuneration frameworks and job architecture creation is required. Demonstrable leadership experience in remuneration, accounting, or finance is essential. Mercer job evaluation accreditation and other relevant job evaluation accreditations are highly desirable. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills are also required.
