Job Description:
We seek a highly skilled Procurement Strategist to join our team and drive high-quality, strategic procurement across parliamentary departments.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in procurement that ensures best value for money, with the ability to manage complex contracts and maintain probity throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities- End-to-End Procurement and Sourcing: Ownership of procurement and sourcing activities, from initial planning to contract award and completion.
- Strategic Procurement: Development and implementation of procurement strategies that deliver real value and align with organisational objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Building relationships with senior stakeholders and providing expert procurement advice to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Technical Skills: Proven experience in procurement, including contract management, procurement planning, and negotiation.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare complex procurement documents and present to stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to collect and analyse data to inform procurement decisions.
