About The Role

This is a high-visibility position where you will be responsible for designing and delivering performance and reward programs across Australia and New Zealand.

  • Lead and deliver all aspects of the ANZ reward program, including salary review, job evaluations and benchmarking, STIs, reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with the Global Head of Reward to drive strategic initiatives in a global and dynamic reward environment that includes LTIs and equity plans, as well as mobility opportunities.
  • Utilize data analytics to provide actionable insights, identify trends, and present recommendations to senior stakeholders, including WGEA and gender pay equity reporting.
  • Continuously enhance processes, trackers, and reporting to increase accuracy, efficiency, and stakeholder confidence.
About You

We are seeking an experienced professional in rewards or remuneration and benefits who excels in detail, data integrity, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Demonstrate strong analytical and data storytelling skills, with the ability to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • A proven track record of delivering accurate, high-quality work that meets board-ready standards.
  • Exhibit a systems mindset, with the ability to follow and improve standard operating procedures.
  • Experience in ASX-listed companies and Hay/Korn Ferry job evaluation methodologies are highly regarded but not essential.
