Compensation and Human Resource Specialist Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Human Resource Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients across various industries.

The Position:

  • Process weekly and fortnightly compensation, reporting, and monitoring for multiple clients
  • Perform data entry using various HRIS systems, including Employment Hero, FoundU, and MyRecruit
  • Assist with recruitment and selection processes
  • Draft employment agreements, policies, and procedures
  • Administer employee life cycles, including onboarding and offboarding
  • Support the team with general HR administration tasks

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service focus with a mature and ethical approach to work
  • Ability to take direction, work hard, and maintain high standards
  • Qualifications in bookkeeping, payroll, or similar fields
  • Experience with Xero and MYOB
  • Ability to interpret Modern Awards from a compensation perspective
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
  • Professional approach with a sense of humor
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Willingness to learn and take direction with a proactive attitude
  • Ability to network and build relationships within the business community
