About the Job:
We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to join our team as an HR Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering strategic HR advice to line managers across the organization. Your key responsibilities will include managing vacancies, developing attraction strategies, leading recruiting processes, facilitating employee onboarding, and implementing EAP programs.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will require a strong background in Human Resources Management or a related discipline. A minimum of two years' experience in HR Recruitment or a similar role is essential. Your excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and problem-solving skills will enable you to work closely with managers and employees to drive change processes, negotiate agreements, and promote equality in the workplace.
