Human Resources Specialist

Southport State High School is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to support staff success in a dynamic school environment.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise administration for human resources processes including workforce planning, workplace reform, recruitment and selection, and staff leave management
- Review and implement changes to human resources services ensuring compliance with departmental policies and legislation
- Analyse human resource data and provide reports on leave management, workforce planning, professional development, performance management, and strategic planning
In consultation with the Business Manager, advise the Principal/Leadership team on human resource management matters to support informed decision making.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in human resources management
