Senior Human Resources Specialist

Your senior HR expertise is required to drive business excellence and develop strategic plans with a focus on talent acquisition, compensation, human resources information systems, and industrial relations.
- Manage the full employment lifecycle activities for specific divisions, including talent acquisition, compensation, human resources information systems, industrial relations, learning and development, performance management, and exiting.
- Responsible for human resource systems and activities required in support of our business units, including payroll, recruitment, performance management, learning and development, and human resources information systems.
You will need:
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a senior HR practitioner at a senior level.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management, Organisational Development, or an appropriate business-related discipline.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans, including safety culture, to build business capability.
