People and Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled People and Compliance Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for delivering human resources services, coordinating injury management, and promoting a culture of compliance.

About the Role

This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in human resources and a passion for compliance. You will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating injury management processes to ensure effective return-to-work outcomes;
  • Administering professional development activities to build workforce capability;
  • Providing workplace relations support and ensuring legislative compliance;
  • Assisting with generalist human resources and employment lifecycle processing.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A working knowledge of injury management and people management practices and systems;
  • A sound understanding and application of generalist human resource best practices;
  • Demonstrated strong digital literacy, attention to detail, organisational, data entry, and document processing capabilities;
  • The ability to effectively work with students, colleagues, and the community.
