**Role Description**:
Clymbr Edu, a leading tech education platform based out of Australia, is seeking a dedicated Human Resource Manager to spearhead our innovative Student Ambassador Program. This program plays a pivotal role in connecting Clymbr Edu with tech-savvy students across prestigious universities, promoting awareness, excitement, and engagement with our cutting-edge Generative AI curriculum. As a key figure in this initiative, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the ambassador program, from strategic recruitment of ambassadors from selected universities to the effective execution and monitoring of their activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Program Management: Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for ambassadors, focusing on digital marketing, event management, and effective communication strategies. Ensure ambassadors have a deep understanding of Clymbr Edu's offerings and the tech industry.
Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for student ambassadors, including social media engagement, event attendance, and student referrals. Evaluate program impact and ambassador performance, providing feedback and incentives for high achievers.
Support and Development: Provide ongoing support and professional development opportunities for student ambassadors, including workshops, networking events, and mentorship programs. Foster a community of tech enthusiasts and support ambassadors in organizing campus events and social media campaigns.
Policy Development and HR Compliance: Beyond the ambassador program, manage all aspects of human resources functions, including policy development, employee relations, and HR compliance. Work closely with the leadership team to align HR strategies with company goals.
**Qualifications**:
Strong knowledge of human resources principles, especially in recruitment and talent management.
Proven experience in managing student programs or similar initiatives within the tech or education sectors.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with students, university staff, and internal teams.
Demonstrated ability in project management, with a knack for organizing and driving initiatives to completion.
Independent, with the capability to work remotely, while effectively managing diverse tasks and meeting deadlines.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; experience in the tech industry is a plus.
