The Customer Liaison Officer will provide support to customers as part of a team effort.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting inbound and outbound calls with customers.\
  • Liaising with customers in negotiating payment arrangements.\
  • Identifying vulnerable customers and those experiencing financial hardship.\
  • Tracking assigned client debt portfolios.\
  • Actioning correspondence via Omni channel communication solutions.\
  • Ensuring compliance with client and company policies and procedures.\
  • Creating detailed action notes.\
  • Handling questions or complaints in a professional manner.\
