Job Title: Customer Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead customer-related areas including managing and supervising client liaison officers, undertaking daily customer service, and key day-to-day operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships
  • Monitor key metrics of the branch to ensure key performance measures are met
  • Liaise with operations to identify damage issues and undertake branch reporting
  • Support operations/admin teams with reports to achieve KPI targets
  • Identify new business opportunities for revenue growth
  • Undertake data input and financial analysis support for efficient operation
  • Respond to customer enquiries on storage availability, pricing, and general information
  • Perform general branch administrative and office support activities
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a management/supervisory role
  • Strong customer centricity and conflict resolution skills
  • Independent and autonomous self-starter
  • Team player with a can-do attitude
  • Ability to think outside the square and challenge normal business practices
  • Demonstrated track record of engaging staff and driving change
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Superior leadership capabilities with proven experience supporting a team
  • High level of stakeholder engagement and communication management
  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
