Main Responsibilities:

  • Debt Recovery

We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be able to navigate multiple priorities, manage conflicting deadlines, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage debtor accounts through automated systems
  • Navigate client information using legal practice management software
  • Produce reports using Microsoft Excel
  • Communicate with clients regarding unpaid bills
  • Work with Partners and Fee Earners to resolve non-payment of bills
