Credit Management Specialist

New opportunity has arisen for an experienced Credit Management Specialist to join our team in a newly created role.
We are seeking a skilled professional with a proven track record in credit management, customer service, and financial process controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and collecting monies due for the supply of company goods and services.
- Administering Accounts Receivable records, ensuring revenue is promptly and accurately recorded while maintaining financial process controls.
- Maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Assisting the team in the overall operation of the Credit function and backing up other Credit Team members.
Requirements:
- A minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar position.
- Experience with major customer accounts reconciliation and clearing.
- Strong communication skills and a customer service approach are essential.
- A strong attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize demanding workloads.
- A team player with experience in using a large ERP system (desirable).
