**Credit Specialist - Second Level Support**

**A bit about the role**:

- Provide expert-level support to the offshore credit collections team
- Handle complex or sensitive credit issues and escalations
- Identify and drive process improvements across credit workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, both local and offshore
- Maintain strong, effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Contribute to change and project initiatives across the function

**What we're looking for**:

- ** Strong experience** in credit collections
- Trouble shooting skills
- Experience working across multiple stakeholders and teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive mindset and the ability to solve problems with sound judgment
- Comfortable working across cultures and adapting quickly to change
- Strong organisational and time management skills
