We're looking for a skilled Credit Recovery Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in contributing to our revenue growth by effectively managing debtors and maintaining strong relationships with customers.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar credit recovery role
  • Professional communication skills and ability to handle sensitive situations
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail
  • A high level of proficiency in using relevant software and systems
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage high-volume debt collection, handling complex cases and external debt collection agencies
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve any issues efficiently
  • Assist with major corporate customer invoicing and reconcile complex accounts
  • Ensure debtor balances are tightly managed, reporting on KPIs and highlighting high-risk accounts
  • Design, implement, and monitor credit control procedures and policies, including team training
  • Perform additional ad-hoc duties as required
