Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Control Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our credit control team, you will be responsible for assessing new account applications, reviewing credit reports, and making informed decisions to protect the company from unacceptable risks.
You will use your exceptional communication and negotiation skills to achieve outcomes with our branch network and customers. Attention to detail is critical in this role, as well as the ability to work independently and use your initiative.
The ideal candidate will have prior credit experience, excellent MS Office Suite proficiency, and strong attention to detail with proven time management, planning, and organization skills.
You will be working closely with the branch network to resolve account queries, including account payments and invoicing. Your ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders will be crucial to your success in this role.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Superior written and verbal communication skills supported by an engaging and professional manner
- Prior credit experience
- Excellent MS Office Suite proficiency
- Strong attention to detail with proven time management, planning, and organization skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
