We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to join our team as a School Administrator Receptionist at Allied Healthcare. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our staff and students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a welcoming presence at the school and assist in the efficient running of the pupil administration side of the site.
- Assist the Office Manager in the smooth operation of the school office, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Ensure that visitors are welcomed and dealt with appropriately, in line with our safeguarding procedures and Keeping Children Safe in Education guidelines.
- Answer the telephone, dealing with queries, taking accurate messages, and providing solutions when necessary.
- Handle parental queries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Maintain the office calendar, arrange appointments, and liaise with staff regularly to follow up on external and internal communications.
Requirements:
- A confident communicator at all levels, with excellent written and verbal skills.
- Strong administrative skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Organized and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
