Corporate Receptionist

We are partnering with a well-established Private Wealth and Corporate Advisory Firm who are looking for a professional Receptionist to join the dynamic team and become and integral part of their office management.
This is an excellent opportunity for an entry level or experienced Receptionist/Office Assistant to experience and learn the core functions business support in a high-performing and fast-paced environment. This role requires you to be onsite at their Sydney CBD offices.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Meet and greet internal and external clients
- Answering and redirecting calls, message taking and responding to routine enquiries
- Liaise with building maintenance
- Assist with office functions and event planning
- Perform diverse administrative tasks for senior leaders, including managing meetings, travel arrangements, and prioritising critical items in an organised schedule
**Skills and Experience**
- 1-2 years experience in Customer Service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to provide exceptional client service
- Strong interpersonal skills and enthusiasm with a high-level of professionalism, confidentiality, and judgement
- Proficient using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
