**Your new role**
The role will provide reception support to all business divisions to ensure smooth running of the office. Your duties as a receptionist will include:
- Welcome guests, answer enquiries, and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Handle incoming calls, transfer calls, and take messages.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing office supplies, and handling mail.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy, presentable, and well-organised.
- Monitor access control and issue visitor badges.
**What you’ll need to succeed**
- Ideally, you have experience in a similar role.
- Maintain a polished appearance and professional demeanour.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
- Proficient at using office software and phone systems.
