Administration Assistant Permanent Role, 70-80K + Super salary, St Kilda Road Office, Start ASAP

**Your new company**

A Financial Services organisation is searching for an Receptionist/Administration Assistant to join their St Kilda Road office team.

**Your new role**
- Answering phones
- Handling invoicing
- Debtor chasing
- ASIC work - incorporating companies and invoicing (can be trained)
- Tax Administration work eg. lodgements (can be trained)
- Helping the administration team with their daily tasks
- Relieving reception when necessary

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Excellent time management skills and have the ability to adapt to changing priorities whilst maintaining attention to detail
- Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills particularly with Outlook, Word and Excel
- Experience with MYOB Accountants Enterprise, ASIC, Tax Administration, invoicing, debtor chasing would be highly desirable but not essential
- Ability to problem solve quickly
