Our client, a chartered accounting firm based in Murrumbeena, is seeking a warm and friendly Receptionist / Office Administrator to join their small and passionate team. You will preferably have prior experience in an accounting / professional services environment and possess excellent skills in the Microsoft Office Suite.
**Your new role**:
- Answering and directing incoming calls promptly
- Incoming and outgoing mail distribution
- Scheduling appointments
- Various ASIC duties, Annual Company Statements, setting up companies and trusts
- Maintenance of client database and files - APS, HowNow & Mail Chimp
- Processing Notices of Assessments & ATO correspondence using SmartDocs, ATO Portal
- Title searches
- Maintenance of petty cash
- Supporting other administration team members
- Accurate minute taking in staff meetings
- Managing office supplies and stationery
- Arranging catering as required
- Scanning
**You will ideally have**:
- Experience in an accounting / professional services environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Professional presentation
- Ability to work autonomously
- A high level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail
- High degree of computer knowledge with strong skills within the Microsoft Office suite
