Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Manager to join our team in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). As an Enablement Business Partner, you will be responsible for establishing close business relationships with sales leadership, stakeholders, and GTM teams in the region. You will work closely with ANZ functional leads, including Sales Operations, HR, and Marketing, to align enablement with business goals and objectives.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing an Enablement Plan: Collaborate with stakeholders to create a quarterly enablement plan that aligns with business priorities and strategies.
- Facilitating Enablement Programs: Partner with Sales, Sales Dev, and Specialists leaders to determine requirements and facilitate enablement programs that drive business impact.
- Providing Enablement Collaboration: Align sales enablement with the NowSell methodology across delivery stages and facilitate joint cross-functional enablement to encourage greater teamwork.
- Managing Regional Enablement: Oversee the regional calendar of sales enablement events, on-demand modules, and quarterly assignments to learners.
- Collaborating with Enablement Peers: Work with other enablement peers to increase synergies and develop best practices that drive efficient and effective enablement results.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders for GTM teams' enablement.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 8-10 years of work experience in sales productivity, training, sales, pre-sales, or sales enablement.
- Strong knowledge of software sales cycles, pre-sales, lead qualification, sales process, and coaching.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to represent complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- A strategic thinker with a keen understanding of business data, including pipeline dashboards and reps' performance dashboards.
- Great interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with various cultures and professional backgrounds.
