Role Overview

The Linfox Healthcare division is dedicated to providing innovative warehousing and distribution solutions for pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers throughout Australia and New Zealand. We are in search of a committed and enthusiastic Account Manager who aligns with our vision of operational excellence, ensuring we uphold our promise of quality service and operational efficiency to our esteemed clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring service delivery aligns with contractual obligations.
  • Conduct research and analysis on current and potential clients, creating marketing materials to promote organic growth.
  • Proactively manage client relationships, facilitate business operational reviews, and ensure accurate contractual reporting.
  • Deliver operational and financial insights to various stakeholders, supporting tenders, pricing, and presentations that position Linfox as the preferred supply chain partner in healthcare.
  • Review and establish contracts and agreements for both new and existing clients.
  • Manage the integration of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition to successful implementation.

Candidate Profile

As a dedicated professional in the healthcare supply chain, you will leverage your determination, resilience, and business acumen to provide exceptional service to our clients through a partnership-oriented approach. You should possess:

  • Experience in business development or account management within a complex pharmaceutical or medical device supply chain environment, or operational experience with a proactive relationship management approach.
  • A track record of delivering client-focused solutions in a dynamic, multi-client setting.
  • Understanding of revenue models, pricing structures, profit and loss, cost-to-serve, and commercial analytics.
  • Proven ability to effectively implement and manage contracts and agreements.
  • Self-motivation, analytical skills, and a methodical approach to drive results.
