Job Title: Account Manager

About the Role:

Linfox Healthcare is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts and ensuring service delivery meets contractual commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and ensure service delivery is in line with contractual commitments
  • Research and analysis of existing and prospective customers to identify opportunities for growth
  • Proactive management of customer relationships, facilitate business opportunities, and contractual reporting
  • Provide operational and financial insights to stakeholders and support tenders, pricing, and presentations based on customer requirements
  • Review and establish customer contracts and agreements for new and existing customers
  • Manage new customer integration and ensure a seamless transition to a successful implementation

Requirements:

  • Experience in business development or account management within a complex pharmaceutical or medical device supply chain environment or operational experience with a proactive approach to relationship management
  • Providing client-focused solutions in a fast-paced multi-customer environment
  • Understanding of revenue models, rate cards, profit and loss, cost-to-serve, and commercial analytics
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively implement and manage contracts and/or agreements
  • Self-motivated, analytical, and methodical to drive results
