Client Services Coordinator

The Client Service Coordinator is a key position within our organisation, responsible for delivering exceptional care and support to our clients. Key Responsibilities- Provide effective execution of sale and admission functions, ensuring seamless transitions for clients.
- Work collaboratively with the General Manager Client Services to develop and implement operational initiatives, driving maximum occupancy and improving client outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues.
