Exceptional customer support is at the forefront of our business. We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Dealer Management System Support Associate.

About The Role

This role involves providing top-notch support for our software application, ensuring seamless end-to-end service excellence at all times. As a key member of our team, you will be trained on our Dealer Management System and responsible for receiving, reviewing, and triaging requests for assistance.

You will also monitor the progress of incidents in relation to service level agreements (SLAs) and escalate any potential breach risks to relevant management.

What We're Looking For
  • Able to communicate effectively with users at all levels.
  • Experience in supporting enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to connect ideas and data to informed decisions.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and support clients remotely via telephone and remote support tools.
