We are seeking a skilled Water & Wastewater Systems Planning Expert to join our team in Sydney.

Job Description

The water industry is facing new challenges due to increased frequency and intensity of floods, droughts, and storms. To build resiliency and lead from the front, we need experienced professionals who can think differently and help us prepare for what's next.

This role involves delivering complex water infrastructure projects across NSW, Australia, and internationally. You will work with clients to understand their needs, develop solutions, and prepare technical reports, designs, and specifications.

You will also be involved in project management, client relationship building, and mentoring junior staff. Our ideal candidate has expertise in water and wastewater systems planning, networks modeling, and experience in preparing winning proposals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver water infrastructure projects across NSW, Australia, and internationally
  • Work with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions
  • Prepare technical reports, designs, and specifications
  • Manage projects, build client relationships, and mentor junior staff
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in water and wastewater systems planning and networks modeling
  • Strong project management and client relationship skills
  • Ability to lead and work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team
