Applications Support Specialist

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve issues using Service Management systems
  • Coordinate requests for application enhancements and escalate when necessary
  • Document and update Application Support procedures and instructions
Requirements
  • Technical Skills:
  • Experience with IT Service Management systems (preferably ServiceNow)
  • Proficiency in supporting Business Management Solutions (ERP) - preferably MS Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Ability to learn and support software upgrades and implement new applications
  • Knowledge of retail systems and POS systems
  • Understanding of business reporting solutions - preferably SAP
