Job Opportunity:

Seeking a skilled HR professional to join our team as a strategic advisor.

The successful candidate will provide generalist Human Resources advice and support that delivers business outcomes, enables performance, and drives a positive workplace culture.

  • Provide support, advice and guidance on all employee relations matters including; general enquiries, disciplinary & WHS
  • Support managers with various investigations, including grievance, disciplinary and workers compensation claims
  • Guide and coach managers to take ownership of their people matters
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with staff at all levels with a focus on finding people-focused resolutions
  • Continuous improvement of our HR processes and procedures

To be successful you will need:

  • Ideal 2-3 years' experience in a HR generalist role
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related field
  • Strong time management skills and attention to detail
  • Proven skills in exercising effective perspective, sensitivity and creativity to changing needs and situations
  • Common sense, logical thinking
  • Sense of humor and the ability to have a laugh with colleagues
