Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced professional to join our team as a HR Business Partner. This role will provide strategic guidance and support to our business units, driving initiatives that align with our organisational goals.

Responsibilities:

  • To work closely with the People, Culture and Capability Manager to develop and implement HR strategies that support the achievement of our organisational objectives.
  • To provide expert advice on all aspects of HR, including L&D and RTO management.
  • To contribute to the development of career development and succession strategies.
  • To drive employee engagement and workplace culture, including Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing initiatives.
  • To consult, advocate and advise on industrial relations matters.
  • To lead organisation-wide change management initiatives.
  • To coordinate injury management and best practice Return to Work programs.

Requirements:

  • A driven HR professional with tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
  • A minimum of five years of proven generalist HR experience.
  • Expertise in learning and development and industrial relations.
  • Experience in the RTO sector is highly desirable.
  • Workplace injury management experience would be a bonus.
