Job Title:

Training and Development Specialist

Job Description:

The role of the Training and Development Specialist is to support the facilitation and delivery of internal and external training programs for project personnel. This includes working closely with funding bodies and external training providers to ensure timely and effective training delivery, as well as providing project-wide support.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in surveying or a related field, with a high-level understanding of 12d model, 12d field, and 12d Synergy. They will also have management experience of multiple surveyors and field teams, and strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise works and work autonomously.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the implementation and monitoring of the Training and Skills Management Plan (TSMP), and ensuring accurate and timely data collection and reporting to support compliance with project deed requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, the following skills and qualifications are required:

  • A minimum of 8 years of survey experience. Preferred 10+ years on large civil/infrastructure projects
  • High-level understanding of 12d model, 12d field, and 12d Synergy
  • Management experience of multiple surveyors and field teams
  • Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise works and work autonomously to deliver outcomes
  • Proven commitment to safety, quality, and environmental compliance on site
