Primary Healthcare Lead

We seek a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to lead advanced clinical care services within a primary healthcare clinic.
- Delivering culturally safe and responsive primary health care aligned with our model of care
- Conducting independent patient assessments, diagnoses, and clinical decision-making
- Prescribing medications under the Kimberley Standard Drug List and authorised SASAs
- Ordering, performing, and interpreting diagnostic investigations
- Managing recalls, reminders, and follow-up care processes
- Collaborating across departments and multidisciplinary teams
- Leading and contributing to quality improvement activities and clinical audits
The ideal candidate will possess current AHPRA registration with endorsement as a Nurse Practitioner, demonstrated experience in a primary healthcare setting, clinical expertise in triage, treatment, and ongoing care management, ability to communicate effectively across multidisciplinary and cross-cultural teams, cultural humility, and a willingness to learn in an Aboriginal health context.
