Job Opportunity: Assistant Front Office Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Empower team members to deliver genuine passion for service by providing coaching and guidance.
  • Maintain attention to detail while building positive relationships with guests through proactive communication.
  • Lead, support, and train team members to ensure they represent our brand and hotel standards.
Requirements:
  • Outstanding passion for delivering excellent guest service.
  • Previous front office experience as a supervisor or manager.
  • Experience with Opera Property Management System (PMS) or similar.
  • A second language (e.g., Mandarin or Cantonese) is advantageous.
