Exceptional Guest Experience Lead

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the delivery of exceptional guest experiences at our luxury hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate guests' needs and handle special requests with precision and care.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Proactively resolve guest concerns and enquiries, utilizing feedback to enhance overall guest satisfaction and service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
  • Minimum four years' experience in a luxury or upscale hotel environment as a Concierge, Duty Manager or Guest Relations leader.
  • At least one year in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Membership in Les Clefs d'Or is desirable, or interest in actively pursuing this accreditation.
