Hotel Service Position

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized service to esteemed guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.
  • Maintain the lobby and front desk area's presentation and cleanliness to uphold high standards of hospitality.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to meet guest needs and exceed expectations.
  • Process payments, issue room keys, and manage room allocations efficiently and professionally.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests, providing accurate information and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience required, preferably in a hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
  • Strong computer and systems skills, with preferred experience using Opera PMS.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on active listening and problem-solving.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities, with a proactive approach to maintaining a clean and efficient work environment.
