**Front Desk Manager Position Overview**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Front Desk Manager to lead our front desk operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

  • Oversee the performance of duty managers, reception staff, and one-touch teams to ensure seamless engagement and training.
  • Focusing on arrival and departure experiences for guests is key to achieving excellent results.
  • Owning loyalty within the hotel with membership enrolments and satisfaction will drive success.

To achieve key performance indicators such as upselling, loyalty enrolments, guest experience scores, Ambassador Engagement, and financial targets, we need someone who can develop strategies and implement effective solutions.

Collaborating with all hotel departments is essential to ensure seamless experiences for guests from arrival to departure.

A successful candidate will lead by example in demonstrating commitment to our values and inspire teams to deliver the same values in all activities.

Manage Front Desk operations to achieve a reputation as a market leader in guest-centric service.

Interview, select, train, coach, and supervise Front Desk, One Touch, Duty Managers, and Night Audit staff in the performance of their duties.

Coordinate and oversee Duty Managers' roles in daily operations, ensuring they have the tools and training to meet requirements.

Develop a team that actively uses initiative to ensure positive and productive interactions with customers.

Run and participate in regular departmental meetings across all areas, respecting confidentiality issues.
