About This Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a leader in people and culture. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing solutions that drive excellence across the organization.
This maximum term contract position will cover parental leave for 12 months, with the ideal candidate working 38 hours per week. We are open to flexible part-time options based at our office located in Northbridge.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will lead and manage a trusted advisory service to stakeholders, partnering with leaders to develop and implement solutions across the talent lifecycle.
Overseeing portfolios of service areas, this role is an expert across generalist HR disciplines, including employee and industrial relations activities, with staff experience being at the forefront of action.
As part of the wider leadership team, this role elevates the employee value proposition as a brand ambassador, actively promoting allyship within internal communities.
Requirements
- Inclusive P&C leadership skills
- Strength in ER/IR with Fair Work Act knowledge
- Excellent communication skills and data insights
- Experience managing P&C aspects of the employee lifecycle
